These Terms & Conditions govern your access and use of the Bobilon store. The access and use of the Bobilon store and the purchase of products on www.bobilon.eu assume that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Everything you can see is in stock. Our products are photographed with the greatest care so the colors are as close to reality as possible. Due to differences in resolution and color rendering on the screens or displays, you might use, the color might seem different to you. Please, keep that in mind before you purchase our products.
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping (delivery) is 1-3 business days. But usually we are doing everything possible to send your order ASAP. Please NOTICE that we prepare and ship orders on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday which not includes weekends. Saturday and Sunday are not count as part of shipping days. Also we want you to know that sending or preparing and shipping (delivery) are 2 different processes. And each has its own term.
Our shipping partners: UPS and DPD. The moment we hand the goods over to the shipping partner, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail. Shipping charges are calculated automatically. Bobilon does not charge any additional packaging costs. If a package is delivered with visible damages, we ask you to reject the delivery and notify us of the event. If you accept packages with damages there is no way we can determine if the packages were delivered already damaged.
When ordering at our website, know that all the goods are in stock. If after processing your order, you want to make any changes or withdraw it, please e-mail us: firstname.lastname@example.org. If your goods at that time have not been sent, we will cancel your order and refund the purchase price, or make other necessary adjustments to the order. If you want to cancel the order at a later stage, you may return them at your own cost and we will refund your purchase price immediately after receiving the goods in undamaged condition.
If you are not satisfied with the goods received, if something is missing or if there is damage, notify us and we take care of it! Send an email to us (email@example.com) with a clear description of the complaint and your contact information and we will get back to you. Please do not forget to mention the order number and attach, if possible, a digital photo of the defective product. If the goods are damaged or do not meet the definitions, we will send it out again, or if you wish, we will refund you. These actions will be taken after we have consulted you. Bobilon will in any way contact you within two working days after receiving your complaint to arrange an appropriate solution.

Bobilon is a registered trademark. The yarns sold here, have been registered as a brand and are exclusively imported and marketed under the name Bobilon. All such rights are reserved. Any use of the trademark “Bobilon” without the Seller’s consent shall be prohibited, in particular, its use as a domain name, business designation, or company name of an entrepreneur. All text, photo, graphic, sound and video materials and parts thereof as well as their arrangement in the Online Shop are subject to legal protection and constitute the Seller’s intellectual property. Their copying, distribution, modification and publication without the Seller’s written consent shall be prohibited. Some of the photo elements on the Online Shop’s pages are the property of third parties and are protected by these entities’ copyrights. All rights, including intellectual property rights, to the Online Shop, its name, and its Internet domain are the sole property of the Seller and may be used only in compliance with these Regulations and applicable laws.
