Bobilon products are made of high-quality materials under our technician's supervision. But we understand that there can be situations where you might not be satisfied with your purchase.
No problem! We accept returns and exchanges on items that are not personalized, not custom made, and not on clearance within 14 days after you received the package.
TO RETURN/EXCHANGE your order: all items must be in new condition and original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any shipping costs for the items that were sent in exchange.
Refund in case of the force majeure circumstances
Please, notice! We refund the products’ costs, but the shipping costs will be charged from the price of the product in case if:
the customer wasn't available during the delivery process the customer provided not valid phone number and/or email address
the item was utilized by the post for the same reason, we're not responsible for the costs.
the customer refuses the package without any reason, the package will be utilized and we're not responsible for the costs.

2. Handling and refund
As soon as we have received your returned items, we will send you a confirmation. We will refund you with the full amount you have paid us for the products.
Typically, we will refund you within a few working days after processing your return.
Return shipments are at the cost and risk of the buyer. This means that Bobilon is not liable for returned products if damaged or lost.
All returned items must be in their original, in undamaged state, complete with all accessories, such as labels and packaging materials.
We cannot issue a refund or a store credit for used or damaged products.
In case you have paid your order with PayPal, you can apply for a full refund of your return expenses via the PayPal website.
When ordering at our website, know that all the goods are in stock. We hold nothing in back order and ship on the same day or the next business day.
If after processing your order, you want to make any changes, please e-mail us. If your goods at that time have not been sent, we will cancel your order and refund the purchase price, or make other necessary adjustments to the order. If you want to cancel the order at a later stage, you may return them at your own cost and we will refund your purchase price immediately after receiving the goods in undamaged condition.
